Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the inpics application and website (https://inpics.in), operated by inpics. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About inpics

inpics is a content-customisation platform offering templates, images and design tools that let you create personalised devotional status, greetings and wallpapers.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age and competent to enter into a contract under Indian law. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

3. Account & Sign-In

You may authenticate using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for providing accurate, current information.

4. Licence Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes only. No ownership of the Service or its content transfers to you.

5. Content & Creatives

Available templates and assets may change over time; we do not guarantee that any particular item remains available. Third-party licensed content may only be used within creations made on the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. Paid plans are charged in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable GST. Free trials, if offered, require a valid payment method and convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends. Failed payments may result in suspension until resolved.

7. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Recurring charges are processed by Razorpay under applicable RBI rules, and you will receive pre-debit notifications. You may cancel anytime from the app or by emailing [support@inpics.in]. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current cycle. UPI AutoPay mandates must be revoked separately in your banking or UPI app. See our Refund & Cancellation policy for details.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or impersonate others.
• Use others’ material without the rights to do so.
• Resell content, reverse engineer, or remove watermarks.
• Use automated tools or introduce malware.
• Create unlawful, offensive or infringing content.

9. Responsibility for Your Creatives

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and the creations you make, and you must own or have the rights to any photos, names or information you use. We do not pre-screen content but may remove anything that violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the inpics brand, software and templates. You retain ownership of the original inputs you provide and grant us the licence needed to host and process them to deliver the Service.

11. Intermediary Status

inpicsacts as an intermediary under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules. We are not responsible for user-created content but expect compliance with these Terms.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, false information, payment default, legal risk, or discontinuation of the Service. Termination results in loss of access, with no refund except as required by law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify inpics against claims arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or infringement caused by your inputs.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of [Your City], [State], India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Grievance Redressal & Contact
