Delete Your Account & Data
Request deletion of your inpics account and associated data.
inpics, operated by inpics, lets you permanently remove your account and the personal data associated with it at any time.
Before you delete: Deleting your inpics account does not automatically stop a UPI AutoPay deduction. If you have an active subscription, first cancel the mandate in your payment app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM) under the AutoPay / Mandate Management section.
Option 1: Delete from within the App
- Open inpics on your device.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm to initiate the removal.
Option 2: Request by Email
Can’t access the app? Send an email to [support@inpics.in] from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include your name and, optionally, a reason. We may verify your identity before processing.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile and email address.
- Uploaded photos and the creations you made.
- App settings and preferences.
What May Be Retained
Legal records — including invoices and financial documentation required by GST and tax regulations — are archived for compliance purposes only. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you may also be retained.
Processing Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days following verification, excluding any legally mandated records.
