Delivery Policy

inpics, operated by inpics, is a digital service only. There is no sale or shipping of any physical product.

No Physical Shipping

The Service delivers access to digital content — templates, design assets, and the tools to create and download your creations. Because no tangible items are involved, no shipping or delivery fees apply.

Electronic Delivery

• App access: the inpics app is delivered via the Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
• Purchases: premium templates, ad-free access or subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment. In most cases access is available right away; in rare cases it may take a few minutes to reflect.
• Your creations: images and greetings you make are saved directly to your device.

If Access Does Not Activate

If a purchase does not unlock after a successful payment, try restarting the app or restoring purchases from the app settings. If the issue persists, contact [support@inpics.in] with your account details and transaction information for prompt restoration or a refund per our Refund & Cancellation policy.
