Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, cancellations and refunds are handled for inpics, operated by inpics.

Subscription Model

inpics may offer access to premium templates and assets through recurring monthly or annual plans. These subscriptions renew automatically via Razorpay using UPI AutoPay or card-based mandates.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription in either of these ways:

  • In the app, via Profile → Manage Subscription.
  • By emailing [support@inpics.in] from your registered email address.

We process cancellation requests within 48 hours. Your benefits continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Important: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically stop UPI AutoPay deductions. You must independently revoke the AutoPay mandate in your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM) before the next renewal date.

Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all payments and subscription fees on inpics are final and non-refundable. No refunds are provided for:

  • Unused time or partial billing cycles.
  • Accidental purchases or change of mind.
  • Dissatisfaction with the creations you make.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund amounts already paid.

Purchases via App Stores

If you purchased through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, refunds and cancellations are managed by that platform under its own policies — request them through Google Play Help or Apple’s “Report a Problem” page.

Billing Errors

If you notice a suspected duplicate or incorrect charge, contact [support@inpics.in] with your account details and transaction reference. We investigate legitimate billing errors and correct them where appropriate.

Taxes & Jurisdiction

Subscription fees include applicable GST. This policy is governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of [Your City], [State], India.
